Info for producers & importers

Vild Vin Festival 2024 is May 18-19th in Copenhagen

This is the intimate, cozy and a bit crazy version of wine festivals. Since the first version in 2015 (we think) it’s been sold out every year at our very unique venue of an old historic manor. The venue fits 300 people with indoor and outdoor areas and we organize bbq, live music, happy people and dinner + a full guestlist including food and wine professionals. For the second time we’ve added a Sunday program and since the following Monday is a holiday we expect it to be chilled party-style. Sunday is also usually the day with more professionals visiting.

You can participate as a producer or importer on Saturday and/or Sunday.

You get

  • Room for a team of 2

  • Presentation table

  • Ice + bowl + bucket

  • Handpainted sign, just for you.

  • Marketing of participants

  • Lunch sandwich on Saturday + Sunday

  • 25% discount on dinner Saturday & lunch Sunday (tasting is open during the lunch on Sunday so you need someone at the table)

  • Possibility to sell bottles at the table if you can bring enough quantities and manage payments

  • Invitations for up to 5 professionals for the Sunday program

  • Possibility to sell bottles for drinking on site through our bar (limited amounts as we try to purchase from everyone who wants to have their wine listed)

*Have a bigger setup of producers/importers in mind than the options below? Reach out and we will set up something that works for everyone!

PRACTICAL INFO

Saturday 18th of May tasting from 14-19 (setup from 12) + dinner from 20-23 (if you attend). Sunday 19th of May tasting from 12-16 (setup from 10) + lunch at 13 (if you attend)

Address is Krausesvej 3, 2100 Copenhagen.

Price per table per day: 500 Dkk* (400 for both days)**

*price is excluding Danish VAT of 25% - this also applies if you are a foreign company. Total price is thus 625 Dkk or 500 Dkk for both days. Be aware that we do not sell tokens as other wine tastings so expect to use 18-30 bottles.
** yes, that is…cheaper for 2 days. Simply because you will then pour more wine and thus your participation ends up being more expensive (you might also end up selling more wine in 2 days but that’s then your win)

remember we are a wild wine festival so the following applies:

1 – No use of pesticides, herbicides or synthetic fertilizers in the vineyards
2 – Grapes are only harvested by hand
3 – If grapes are sources from other growers, those partners also work according to the rules above
4 – No cultured yeast for fermentation
5 – No addition of enzymes at any point
6 – No additions or mechanical processes for artificially increasing or reducing levels of sugar, acidity, tannin or alcohol (re-fermentation for sparkling wines excluded)
7 – Complete transparency when asked about farming and winemaking practices
